If your sandals or shoes are covered under warranty, please send a message or email to info@saltwater-sandals.com

Please include all of the details below.

1. Order number if ordered from our website or photo of sales receipt from one of our authorized retailers.
2. Photo of the style information printed on the inside of the backstrap or inside the sandal. Please provide this even if it is illegible. 
3. Style name, color, and size
4. Photo of the defect
5. Approximate date of purchase (month and year)
6. Shipping address (United States only)
7. Phone number

We can only process your warranty claim once all items are received.
